Key Responsibilities Schedule and publish pre-created social media content across all major platforms for both brands Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement Maintain and follow established content calendars to keep posting consistent across both brands Distribute email newsletters for both brands on a regular cadence Publish blog posts to both brand websites, keeping formatting clean and distribution timely Track social media channel performance and report on growth, engagement trends, and opportunities Support digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms as needed Stay current on social media trends and platform updates and share relevant recommendations Collaborate with the business owner on content direction and brand consistency across channels Assist with content creation tasks as the role evolves and grows over time Mandatory Skills: Proven experience managing social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Strong understanding of social media scheduling, posting workflows, and community management Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter distribution Ability to manage content across multiple brands while keeping distinct brand voices Comfortable working from established content calendars and following posting schedules Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal oversight Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear updates on channel performance Preferred Skills: Experience with social media advertising including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms Familiarity with blog publishing and basic website content management Background in children's brands, education, toys, events, or community-focused organizations Experience with content creation tools such as Canva or similar design platforms Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting Ability to provide strategic recommendations for audience growth and engagement improvement Experience managing social media for multiple brands or accounts at once Why Join Us: This is a great chance to manage the social media and content operations for two purpose-driven brands that are actively growing.
