We are looking for a Claims Operations Associate that will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end insurance claims process . This includes assisting customers, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of claims. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to insurance claims amd accounts processing. Assist customers with accident reporting and claims management. Communicate with customers to understand vehicle service and repair needs, and prepare comprehensive quotations for their agreement. Follow up with surveyors and insurance claims officers on pending cases to ensure timely completion and keep management informed of claim statuses. Maintain organized physical records, reports, and digital filing systems. Ensure timely resolution of inquiries from surveyors and insurance companies. Analyze and investigate claims beyond surface-level details. Negotiate cases with patience, attention to detail, and firmness. Liaise with insurance companies regarding motor accident claims and reporting. Review vehicle repair history and report abnormalities or recurring issues to superiors. Handle administrative tasks related to costing, claims, and vehicle history. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate of 4-year Accounting course. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in claims processing, customer service, billing, or investigations —preferably in automotive, insurance, or related industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using claims systems, office software, and digital filing tools. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and insurance policies is an advantage. Strong analytical and investigative mindset. Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
