Job Description

Job Overview Our client is looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to support the lead creative strategist throughout the full production pipeline—from pre-production coordination to post-production editing. In this role, you will help source talent, book locations, manage multi-stakeholder scheduling, and edit short-form UGC-style video ads. This is a dynamic, remote role where you will contribute directly to the operational and creative output for multiple client accounts. Schedule Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week) Responsibilities Source and vet talent for photo and video shoots based on specific client demographic briefs and casting requirements Research, evaluate, and book shoot locations through platforms like Peerspace and Airbnb, presenting curated options for client approval Coordinate and manage scheduling across talent, locations, and internal team members to lock in shoot dates Edit short-form UGC-style video ads from raw footage, assembling clips into polished 30–60-second advertisements Handle talent follow-ups, including payment coordination and communication logistics Research competitor ad examples and creative references to support concepting and scripting efforts Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously, each with unique creative and logistical requirements Adapt to a workflow that concentrates heavily on the latter half of each month during shoot and editing sprints Requirements Experience in a marketing, creative, or production assistant role Familiarity with video editing and the ability to produce clean, on-brand short-form video content (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED) Strong organizational and calendar management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders High level of attention to detail and ability to manage fluctuating workloads Excellent written communication skills for talent and vendor correspondence Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Note: Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
