We are looking for an independent consultant with an analytical mindset, capable of delivering high-quality, mid-complex solutions with a solid understanding of business processes. You will act as a trusted peer to Key Users and Business Experts, proactively taking ownership of your tasks and ensuring accurate estimations and on-time delivery. Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in distribution requirements planning, manufacturing, production planning, demand management industry role, and/or business software consulting role Strong knowledge of one or more of manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response , o9 Solutions, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, APO or IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Anaplan etc. Solid understanding of high-level supply chain processes and relational databases Strong Ownership and Passion to learn new concepts and technologies Ability to work in remote teams, cooperate with customer stakeholders at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Hands-on experience in software development and consulting mindset Optional: Experience in data integration projects Proven project/product management experience Technical skills such as SQL, R, Java Script, Python, etc. Responsibilities Contribute to consulting, design, development and implementation of solutions supporting supply chain digital transformations Manage tasks independently with accurate estimations, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery Analyze mid-complex problems, break them down into smaller steps, and draw data-based conclusions to recommend appropriate solutions Master and leverage new cutting edge technologies and integrate them with the ERP Work with and be part of teams in large multinational companies Collaborate with supply chains experts in analysis and design of requirements Support your domain area across the full application lifecycle Develop cross-solution and detailed solution-specific architectures for supply chain platforms, mastering new cutting-edge technologies to integrate them with ERP We Are Offering: Rewarding, challenging, and dynamic work in an international environment.
