Job Summary We are seeking a Full-Time Senior Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end loan processing, including managing loan applications from initial assessment through to settlement. Experience with self-employed and trust applications is highly preferred. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with lenders and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant loan process. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end loan processing from application through to settlement. Handle self-employed and trust applications with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct and review valuations and servicing calculations. Liaise with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals. Prepare and manage loan documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Coordinate settlements and ensure all conditions are met prior to funding. Maintain strong communication with clients, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders. Use Mercury CRM for loan processing and pipeline management. Track and manage loan files through various stages of the process. Utilize Kanban-style workflow management tools, where applicable, to monitor and manage loan pipelines. Proven experience managing loan applications from submission through to settlement. Strong experience using Mercury CRM. Experience handling self-employed and trust applications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Available to start by the first week of August. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Kanban boards or workflow management tools for pipeline tracking. Strong professional references. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
