About The Role We are looking for a Communication Specialist who is confident in English, comfortable speaking with clients, and able to communicate information clearly and professionally. In this role, you will work closely with our Security Analysts and technical teams to support client meetings, presentations, onboarding sessions, and other client-facing discussions. You will also be expected to understand technical information and explain it clearly to clients. Key Responsibilities Assist Security Analysts during client meetings and presentations. Present and explain reports, findings, and technical information to clients. Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support client onboarding and other client-facing sessions. Prepare and organize presentation materials and supporting documents. Communicate and coordinate professionally with clients and internal teams. Work closely with technical teams to ensure information presented to clients is accurate. Develop a good understanding of technology and cybersecurity terminology. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Strong communication and presentation skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with clients. Able to quickly understand and absorb technical terms and concepts. Able to explain information clearly and professionally. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work in a technical environment. Preferred Experience in IT, technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Previous experience in client-facing, presentation, consulting, or communication roles. Familiarity with technical reports or cybersecurity terminology. Why Join Us?
