Digital Marketing Officer (MENA AI Solutions, WFH) Schedule 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PHT What are we looking for? The Digital Marketing Officer will strengthen the brand visibility and support commercial growth by planning and executing targeted marketing initiatives. This role manages brand positioning, supports lead generation, and ensures alignment between marketing campaigns and sales cycles to drive measurable business outcomes. Skills Required 3-5 years in a marketing, brand, or digital communication role Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Required); Master's degree (Preferred) Work experience in: + Brand Management/Activation + Management of Digital Marketing Channels + New Business Leads & New Customers + Support to Events & PR activities + Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) What will you do? Strengthen the AIGC brand by maintaining consistent messaging across all markets, reinforcing brand recall, and executing awareness campaigns that align with quarterly sales cycles. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to guarantee the brand is the cited answer during conversational searches Execute innovative and high-impact designs and content across digital and traditional channels to support lead generation and strengthen brand positioning. Implement direct marketing initiatives (email, SMS, social media) and track performance metrics to support customer retention, product awareness, and digital engagement. Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales Development teams to support the generation and conversion of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into new business. Coordinate with the Sales team to deliver marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives, and track campaign outcomes to measure ROI and impact on sales pipeline. Develop and manage customer loyalty and engagement programs, and gather feedback to continuously refine messaging and communication strategies. Assist in managing the annual marketing budget, track return on investment (ROI), and coordinate deliverables with marketing agencies and vendors.
