Key Responsibilities • Prepare and submit medical licensing applications across multiple U.S. states • Track state-by-state licensing requirements, deadlines, and application status • Organize and manage credentialing documentation • Assist with building and navigating a practice website using platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix • Set up booking and scheduling integrations for patient appointments • Help configure and manage the practice's EHR system (e.g., Practice Better) • Build and maintain patient onboarding processes and basic automations • Provide general administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the practice • Adapt to shifting weekly priorities as the practice launches and scales • Mandatory Skills: • Experience with U.S. medical credentialing and multi-state licensing processes • Familiarity with state licensing requirements and application workflows • Working knowledge of website builders such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix • Experience with booking/scheduling tools and integrations • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed, document-heavy processes • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive approach • Preferred Skills: • Prior experience supporting a telehealth or healthcare practice • Familiarity with EHR platforms, especially Practice Better • Experience setting up patient onboarding workflows and automations • Ability to take initiative and suggest improvements to processes • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once • Why Join Us: • This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a growing telehealth practice and play a key role in getting it off the ground.
