Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian jiu jitsu academy brand with three locations in Utah, United States. We were founded by world champions who still teach on the mat every week, and we are still opening locations. We are hiring one full-time person to work US Mountain Time hours. The role has two sides. NEW LEADS We run paid ads across all three locations, so leads come in daily. You call them fast, have a real conversation, and get them booked into a trial class. You are not cold calling. Every person you contact asked us to reach out. Call every new lead within minutes Follow up by call, text, and email until you reach them Book them at the location closest to them Confirm bookings so people actually show up Chase anyone who booked and did not show, and get them rescheduled CURRENT MEMBERS You are the voice of Wolves Den for people already training with us. When someone calls, texts, or emails during the day, they reach you. Answer calls, texts, and emails from current members Help with schedules, programs, and billing questions If someone asks to pause or cancel, listen, document the reason, and route it to the Advisor at their location Log everything in our CRM, and clock in and out through our system Requirements Proven appointment setting experience. Not optional. You know how to run a call that ends with something on the calendar, and you can talk about your numbers Excellent spoken and written English. Americans should never have to ask you to repeat yourself Working knowledge of CRMs and sales pipelines Able to work full-time US Mountain Time hours. This is overnight in the Philippines and we want you clear on that before applying Reliable computer, stable internet, quiet place to take calls, and a headset with a good mic Available long term You are a good fit if you sound natural on the phone, stay calm with someone frustrated, follow up when you said you would, and want to build something over years instead of months. Compensation $800 USD per month (approximately ₱46,000), 40 hours per week, paid twice monthly Paid in USD. The peso figure is approximate and moves with the exchange rate Monthly performance bonus on top of base when you hit your targets This is where you start, not where you stay.
