Our expanding global brand is looking for a detail-oriented, creative Visual Designer to work alongside our remote creative team. In this role, you’ll partner with our regional design lead to produce high-performing, top-tier assets for major e-commerce platforms and online stores. This diverse role blends core design fundamentals with modern AI tools and audience insights to optimize digital real estate while maintaining a cohesive brand identity everywhere. Please note that our hiring process includes a practical skills test. We will only review and shortlist candidates who complete and submit this required benchmark project. Design Development – Conceptualize and produce high-quality visuals for product listings, marketing materials, and brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. AI-Enabled Design – Utilize AI-powered tools to support image generation, enhancement, and the development of creative concepts. Amazon Product Research – Conduct research on competitor listings, market trends, and customer feedback with a customer-focused approach to generate insights that enhance listing visuals and content. Team Collaboration – Partner closely with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that effectively engage the target audience. Image Evaluation & Feedback – Review visual assets to ensure quality, brand consistency, and compliance with Amazon guidelines, while providing constructive feedback to improve visual performance. Digital Asset Management – Organize and maintain digital image libraries to ensure efficient file retrieval, proper version control, and streamlined workflows. Requirements Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design (e-commerce or product listing experience preferred). Strong portfolio with e-commerce-related projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Open to using AI tools for image generation (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, etc.); prior experience is a plus. Experience in e-commerce, especially with USA Amazon listings, will be a big plus. Strong understanding of composition, color, and visual storytelling. Good research skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from competitor listings. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication skills for working with a remote, cross-cultural team. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with remote teams is a plus. Owns a MacOS computer or laptop with stable internet access.
