Key Responsibilities Manage servers, networks, and cloud environments Administer user accounts, permissions, and security Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Perform upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery Support end users and maintain technical documentation Qualifications 2-3 years of Systems Administration or Server Support experience Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Administration Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure Understanding of ITIL fundamentals Preferred Certifications: CCNA Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Set-up: Work From Home Full-Time Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
