We are currently seeking detail-oriented and process-driven Website Creation Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will create demo-ready websites for prospective customers using the client's no-code website builder. You will receive structured training, established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and step-by-step guidelines to help you become proficient in the role. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to be successful in the role. This is an entry-level, production-oriented position. No prior website-building experience is required. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work, following clear processes, researching information, and maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment. What You'll Be Doing Website Creation & Production Create professional, demo-ready websites using the client's no-code Website Builder. Work from assigned tickets and follow established workflows and step-by-step instructions. Populate website sections with accurate business information, images, services, and other required content. Complete website components such as: Business information Company descriptions Services Pages Images and photo content Calls-to-action Contact information Other required website fields Follow established templates, guidelines, and formatting standards. Ensure websites are complete and ready for Sales demonstrations. Work toward the expected production baseline of approximately 25–30 websites per day once fully ramped, or approximately 20 minutes per website. Business Research & Content Development Research prospective customers using publicly available online sources, including: Google Business Profile Facebook Company websites Social media platforms Online directories Gather relevant and accurate business information, including: Business name Services Company descriptions Contact information Business location Photos and images Other information required to complete the website Review available information carefully and use reliable sources when populating website content. Identify missing, conflicting, or unclear information and escalate when necessary. Ensure information entered into the website is accurate and complete. Queue & SLA Management Work efficiently within a high-volume website creation queue. Review assigned tickets and prioritize work based on urgency and scheduled Sales demonstration times. Complete websites within required same-day or next-day turnaround times. Ensure assigned websites are completed before their scheduled demo whenever possible. Manage multiple tickets while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Communicate potential delays, blockers, or capacity concerns to the appropriate Team Lead. Website Quality Assurance Conduct a self-review of every website before marking the ticket complete. Follow the established QA checklist and quality standards. Verify: Business information Spelling and grammar Services and descriptions Images Contact information Links Buttons Forms Navigation Page content Formatting Overall website completeness Check that website elements display properly and that there are no obvious layout or functionality issues. Identify and correct errors before submitting the website for completion. Escalate system issues, missing information, or other concerns that cannot be resolved independently. Productivity & Performance Work efficiently toward established daily production targets once fully trained and ramped. Complete websites within the expected production timeframe while maintaining accuracy and quality. Follow established workflows and utilize available automation and tools to maximize productivity. Adapt workflow when manual intervention is required due to missing information, assets, or system issues. Maintain productivity while appropriately handling exceptions and escalations. Balance speed, accuracy, and quality rather than sacrificing quality to meet volume targets. Participate in productivity coaching and process improvement initiatives. SOP & Process Compliance Follow all website creation SOPs, workflows, and guidelines. Consistently use required checklists and quality controls. Complete required steps before marking a ticket as finished. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required. Stay updated on changes to the website creation process. Ask questions and seek clarification when instructions or requirements are unclear.. Team Collaboration Work closely with Team Leads, Quality Specialists, and Operations leadership. Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and calibration activities. Communicate issues and questions clearly and promptly. Share best practices and collaborate to improve production quality. Support continuous improvement initiatives as the Website Creation program scales. Qualifications & Requirements Required Skills No prior website-building experience required. Full training will be provided on the client's website builder and production process. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter, review, and validate information. Comfortable using computers and learning new web-based software and tools. Comfortable troubleshooting basic workflow or system issues and following documented troubleshooting steps. Strong ability to research and gather information online. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written, including proper spelling, grammar, and accurate information entry. Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and step-by-step instructions consistently. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within a structured workflow. Comfortable working in a high-volume, production-oriented environment. Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and deadlines. Strong sense of ownership and willingness to review work before submission. Willingness and ability to learn and become proficient in the client's no-code website builder. Comfortable working within a ticket-based workflow. Ability to meet same-day or next-day turnaround requirements. Able to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
