This is a key role supporting a fast-paced New Zealand real estate sales team, where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and real estate administration expertise will be essential. At the heart of this role is the preparation and management of auction and sales documentation, property listings, and compliance-related records within VaultRE. From creating agreements and maintaining accurate property data to supporting the sales process from listing to contract, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Link property owners to VaultRE property cards and create property records Update Online Estimates as required Prepare Draft Auction Agreements Convert finalized Auction Agreements to Sale \& Purchase Agreements and upload to VaultRE Prepare second copies of Auction Agreements with pre-auction offer clauses Upload property photos and documents into VaultRE Request and upload Rental Appraisals Upload and manage sales documentation Create Conjunctional Forms Prepare pre-filled Auction Forms Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation compliance Required Experience Previous New Zealand Real Estate Administration experience Hands-on experience with: VaultRE DocuSign REINZ Forms Property Smarts My Info Strong attention to detail and document management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Nice to Have Experience supporting real estate sales teams Familiarity with auction processes and documentation Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Benefits Work from home Flexible remote setup Health insurance Company events \& Christmas gift Opportunity for permanent employment Pay: Php35,000\.00 - Php45,000\.00 per month Experience: VaultRE: 1 year (Required) DocuSign: 1 year (Required) Sales Admin: 1 year (Required) New Zealand Client: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
