About The Role We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to partner closely with client stakeholders in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insights through compelling visualizations and automated reporting processes. As a key member of the analytics team, you will be responsible for building scalable Power BI solutions that improve reporting efficiency, support decision-making, and drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand reporting and dashboard requirements. Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards . Transform data into actionable business insights through effective data visualization techniques. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Optimize existing dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience. Create and manage data models, measures, calculations, and KPIs within Power BI. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Develop reusable reporting frameworks and visualization standards. Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement continuous improvements. Document dashboard designs, reporting logic, and technical specifications. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 3–8+ years of experience in Power BI development, reporting, or business intelligence. Strong experience designing and deploying enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports. Advanced knowledge of DAX , Power Query, and Power BI data modeling. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Experience creating automated reporting solutions and workflows. Strong understanding of reporting best practices and data visualization principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, or related cloud technologies. Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Experience integrating Power BI with CRM, ERP, or business applications. Knowledge of Python, R, or automation tools is an advantage. Experience supporting executive-level reporting and KPI frameworks.
