Vero Maintenance (an EJF Company) is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and organized Marketing \& Business Development Specialist to support our national growth initiatives. This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence, marketing campaigns, CRM administration, lead generation efforts, event coordination, and brand development. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, graphic design, CRM management, email marketing, and content creation. Experience within the HOA, property management, construction, maintenance, or capital improvement industries is highly preferred. This role directly supports the National Vice President of Operations and the leadership team in expanding Vero's presence across multiple markets while maintaining a professional and consistent brand image. Essential Duties \& ResponsibilitiesMarketing \& Brand Management Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Vero Maintenance's services and strategic initiatives. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Create marketing collateral, including: Flyers Brochures Bid packet covers Trade show materials Presentations One-page service sheets Digital advertisements Company newsletters Assist with company announcements, press releases, and promotional campaigns. Social Media Management Manage all social media platforms, including: LinkedIn Instagram Facebook YouTube Additional platforms as assigned Create, schedule, and publish engaging content. Develop content calendars and campaign schedules. Produce graphics, reels, videos, and promotional content. Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as directed. Track analytics and provide monthly reports on performance and growth. Graphic Design \& Content Creation Design professional graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Create branded templates for proposals, reports, and presentations. Produce visual content showcasing: Completed projects Before-and-after transformations Vendor partnerships Industry events Employee spotlights Community involvement initiatives Edit photos and videos for marketing use. CRM \& Business Development Support Manage and maintain the Pipedrive CRM system. Track and organize: Leads Opportunities Referral partners Vendors Client contacts Create reports and dashboards to support leadership. Assist with lead generation campaigns and prospect outreach. Maintain accurate records of marketing and sales activities. Email Marketing Create and distribute email campaigns through Mailchimp. Develop newsletters for: Community Managers HOA Boards Vendors Strategic Partners Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Maintain contact lists and email databases. Industry \& Event Coordination Coordinate marketing efforts for: CAI events Trade shows Networking events Educational seminars Vendor appreciation events Assist with booth setup materials, sponsorship opportunities, and promotional items. Manage event registrations and follow-up communications. Website \& Digital Presence Assist with website updates and content management. Ensure company information remains current across digital platforms. Support SEO initiatives and online visibility efforts. Monitor online reviews and reputation management. Administrative Support Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines. Coordinate with vendors and external marketing partners. Assist leadership with special projects as assigned. Prepare reports and presentations for executive meetings. Qualifications Required Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, business development support, or a related field. Experience with: LinkedIn Instagram Facebook Mailchimp Pipedrive or a similar CRM platform Canva Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace Strong graphic design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Experience within: HOA Management Property Management Construction Facilities Maintenance Capital Improvement Projects Knowledge of CAI (Community Associations Institute). Video editing experience. Website management experience. Basic SEO knowledge. Experience supporting sales and business development teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Social media engagement growth. Lead generation performance and CRM accuracy. Email campaign open and click-through rates. Website traffic growth. Event participation and follow-up completion. Timely completion of marketing projects. Consistent content creation and posting schedules. Compensation \& Schedule Remote position 9 am to 5 pm EST Full-Time Competitive compensation based on experience Employment Terms This is a full-time contract position. Payments are made via Wise on the 15th and 30th of each month. While this is an independent contractor role, we offer a variety of perks and benefits designed to support our contractors and recognize their contributions to the team.
