Remote/Night Shift Role Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and operationally driven Retail Execution Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of retail orders across major US retail channels. This role sits at the intersection of order management, supply chain coordination, and retail compliance, where accuracy is critical. Even minor errors can lead to costly chargebacks, so success in this role requires precision, accountability, and strong technical understanding of retail systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Order Management Manage and process purchase orders from major retail partners Track orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate execution Coordinate closely with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams Proactively resolve order discrepancies, delays, or fulfillment issues EDI and Data Management Handle inbound and outbound EDI transactions (including purchase orders, invoices, shipment notices, and order changes) Validate data accuracy before transmission and resolve any errors or inconsistencies Ensure compliance with retailer EDI standards and requirements Maintain accurate documentation and transaction logs for audit purposes Order Processing and System Management Enter and manage sales orders and fulfillment data within an ERP system Reconcile system records with retailer portals to ensure alignment and accuracy Support month-end reconciliation activities and track open orders Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures Chargeback Prevention and Compliance Ensure all orders meet retailer specifications, including labeling, packaging, and shipping requirements Monitor compliance with routing guides, shipping windows, and vendor standards Track and analyze chargebacks, identifying root causes and implementing improvements Stay updated on retailer compliance changes and communicate them internally Reporting and Communication Prepare regular reports on order status, exceptions, and performance metrics Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding updates, issues, and resolutions Collaborate with team members to improve processes and operational efficiency Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in retail operations, order management, or supply chain coordination supporting US retailers Experience working with large retail partners such as Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, or similar Background supporting consumer products or retail brands preferred Working knowledge of EDI transactions (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, shipment notices) Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work US Pacific business hours Pay: Php80,000 .00 - Php90,000 .00 per month Work Location: Remote
