Monthly salary: PHP 20,000 to over PHP 40,000 (based on performance). Preference is given to candidates who have taken the IELTS exam, but we also offer opportunities to highly qualified ESL teachers. ESL/IELTS training and materials are provided by the company. Pay rate: PHP 120 to over PHP 300 per hour, with full classes available every day (6-10 hours). A strong incentive system is in place. An IELTS certificate will be provided by the company to employees who have worked for more than 3 years and completed 1,500 hours of class time. Qualifications Must have a high-speed internet connection. Must have a working computer and headset. Must have at least a college-level education. Proficient written and verbal English skills are required. Teaching proficiency tests such as IELTS is an advantage Applicants should be motivated, caring, passionate about teaching ESL learners, and value honesty and integrity.
