Key Responsibilities - Google Ads Management (Primary) - Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) across all three brands. - Conduct keyword research, build keyword lists, and manage match types and negative keywords. - Write and test ad copy variations based on direction from the Marketing Manager. - Monitor campaign performance daily: CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, quality score, impression share. - Perform bid adjustments, budget pacing, and audience targeting refinements. - Conduct regular search terms analysis, identifying wasted spend and new keyword opportunities. - Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager. - Build and maintain remarketing and custom audience lists. - Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. - Creative Design (Secondary) - Create ad creatives, social media graphics, and promotional assets in Canva using established brand templates. - Edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories) in CapCut, including text overlays, transitions, and music. - Resize and adapt creative assets across formats for ads and social posts. - Source stock imagery for campaigns, blog posts, and landing pages. - Perform basic image editing: cropping, colour correction, background removal, image compression for web. - Note: Brand templates and guidelines are provided. The Marketing Manager retains final approval on all creative output. - Website Management (Supporting) - Build and update landing pages in Shogun (BigCommerce) following wireframes and direction. - Troubleshoot basic website issues: broken links, formatting errors, mobile responsiveness. - Monitor and optimise page speed (image compression, script management, caching). - Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display required, Performance Max preferred). - Google Ads certification (Search and/or Display). - Google Tag Manager: tag setup, trigger configuration, conversion tracking, debugging. - Google Analytics 4: navigating reports, understanding attribution and conversion data. - Canva: creating assets from brand templates, resizing, basic design work. - CapCut or equivalent: basic short-form video editing with text overlays. - Basic HTML and CSS: enough to troubleshoot page builder code and landing page issues. - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to QA before anything goes live. - Clear written communication in English. - Reliable internet connection and own computer. Nice to Have - Meta Ads Manager experience. - BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar e-commerce CMS experience. - Shogun or similar page builder experience. - Google Search Console and technical SEO fundamentals. - Experience working with Australian businesses or e-commerce brands.
