Marketing \& Product Coordinator (₱45K–₱60K \| WFH \| FREE AI Certification) Anywhere in the Philippines \| Work From Home \| 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM \| Monday–Friday Shape products, content, and digital experiences that help businesses build healthier workplaces. You'll own the coordination of product, marketing, and learning content that supports a growing corporate health business. Working closely with the Customer Relationship team, you'll maintain digital platforms, create customer-facing materials, manage learning resources, and ensure marketing content stays accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. This role operates within clearly defined priorities while collaborating across multiple teams. It's best suited for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with structure, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in producing polished content that supports customer engagement and business growth. You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have 3\+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, content, or digital marketing role Hands-on experience managing or building content within a Learning Management System (e.g. TalentLMS, Moodle, Kajabi, or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts end-to-end — content calendar, publishing, and performance reporting Experience creating marketing collateral, client-facing presentations, or proposal support materials independently Proficiency in design tools (Canva at minimum; Adobe suite is a plus) Strong written English — you can take raw information and turn it into clear, professional, audience-ready content Experience working with or supporting Australian clients or stakeholders Strong Signals Experience with Wistia or similar video hosting/management platforms Background in healthcare, allied health, corporate wellness, or workplace rehabilitation Experience with website CMS management (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) Exposure to email marketing or campaign tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent) Experience supporting ISO-accredited or compliance-driven organisations Responsibility Pillars Learning Management System \& Corporate Health Products You are responsible for keeping the LMS operational and revenue-ready — building and maintaining mental health and corporate health modules, managing Wistia video content, and ensuring learning programs are accessible and up to date. Content will be provided; execution and platform management is yours. Build, upload, and maintain learning modules within the LMS Manage video content on Wistia and ensure seamless delivery Support the development and packaging of corporate health products Social Media \& Brand Presence You own the 12-month social media calendar and ensure the client's brand shows up consistently and professionally across all digital channels. Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms including LinkedIn Source and repurpose content from internal teams (events, staff stories, seminars) Monitor performance and produce regular engagement reports Website \& Digital Content You maintain the website as a live, accurate representation of the client's services — uploading new content, updating existing pages, and ensuring quality across all digital touchpoints. Update and maintain website content using the existing CMS Ensure all digital content is accurate, on-brand, and client-ready Support campaign execution via digital tools including Conversion Cow Marketing Collateral \& Business Development Support You produce the client-facing materials that support the brand's growth — from proposals to presentations to branded resources. Develop marketing collateral, brochures, and client-facing presentations Support tender submissions and proposal preparation Create resources that translate complex health services into accessible materials Coordination \& Administrative Support You provide reliable coordination support to the National Relationship Manager, Corporate Health team, and leadership — keeping communications, scheduling, and documentation running smoothly.
