Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Webflow Development - Primary Function - Build new client websites in Webflow using proven layouts and design standards tailored for local home service businesses - Update, maintain, and improve existing client websites - adding pages, editing content, updating images, and implementing design changes - Build responsive, mobile-optimized pages that load fast and convert visitors into leads - Implement custom interactions, animations, and CMS collections in Webflow where applicable - Maintain clean, organized Webflow project structures that are easy to hand off, update, and scale - Test all pages across devices and browsers before publishing - no broken layouts, no slow pages - On-Page SEO Implementation - Implement on-page SEO best practices across all client websites - including title tags, meta descriptions, header structure (H1/H2/H3), image alt text, and URL structure - Ensure Webflow SEO settings are properly configured for each page - including canonical tags, noindex settings, and sitemap configuration - Optimize page content and structure for target keywords as directed by the marketing team - Set up and verify Google Search Console for new client sites and ensure proper indexing - Ensure all pages meet Core Web Vitals standards - particularly around load speed, layout stability, and interactivity - Implement schema markup where applicable to enhance search appearance for local service businesses - Local SEO Support - Optimize website content for local search - including location-based landing pages, service area pages, and NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency - Build and update location-specific pages for clients targeting multiple service areas - Ensure websites are structured to support Google Maps and Google Business Profile visibility - Website Maintenance & Quality Control - Manage ongoing website updates across the client portfolio - content changes, image updates, new service pages, and promotional updates - Monitor website performance and flag any issues including broken links, slow load times, form errors, or indexing problems - Ensure all client sites remain up to date with current content, offers, and accurate business information - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure design consistency, mobile responsiveness, and SEO compliance across all client sites - Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with the marketing team to align website builds and updates with active campaigns, Google Ads landing pages, and SEO initiatives - Communicate clearly with the team on project timelines, completion status, and any blockers - Contribute ideas for improving website performance, conversion rates, and SEO outcomes for clients Required Qualifications - Proficiency in Webflow - you can build complete, responsive websites in Webflow from scratch and are comfortable with its CMS, interactions, and publishing settings - Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals - title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, alt text, URL structure, and site speed - Strong eye for design - your layouts are clean, consistent, and visually aligned with the client brand - Experience building mobile-responsive websites that perform well across devices and screen sizes - Comfortable managing multiple client sites simultaneously and staying organized across a project portfolio - Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment - you manage your own workload and meet deadlines without needing constant follow-up Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and basic SEO performance monitoring - Working knowledge of local SEO best practices - location pages, service area targeting, and NAP consistency - Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for custom code embeds or Webflow-specific tweaks - Experience with Webflow CMS for managing blog posts, service pages, or dynamic content - Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog for basic SEO auditing - Tools & Platforms - Webflow - primary website development platform - Google Search Console - indexing, performance monitoring, and SEO verification - Google Analytics (GA4) - traffic and conversion tracking - Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz - keyword research and SEO performance - Figma or Canva - design assets and mockups - Loom or equivalent - async communication for project updates Requirements - This is a full time role
