• What You Will Do • AI Agent Infrastructure • Set up and manage AI agent platforms such as OpenClaw, n8n, Make, or equivalent, to run • automated workflows end-to-end. • Build and maintain feedback loops that monitor news feeds, social comments, and DMs. Automatically route new topics back into the content creation pipeline. • Integrate AI tools across the stack: content generation, scheduling, CRM/inbox automation, and analytics. • Audience Engagement • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and live chat across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. • Manage automated instant-response flows for inbound social media leads, qualifying intent and routing to the right team member. • Identify recurring objections, questions, and trending topics from the comments layer; feed these back as new content briefs. • Content Production Support • Operate AI video and written content tools to produce short-form, medium-form, and long-form video scripts and articles. • Adapt the same core content into written versions: blog posts, LinkedIn articles, email newsletters, and website copy. • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent weekly output across all channels. What We Are Looking For • Hands-on experience with AI automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenClaw or similar). • Understanding of prompt engineering and how to chain AI models into a workflow. • Experience managing social media DMs and comments at volume. • Ability to write clear, professional English content without over-reliance on unedited AI output. • Strong attention to detail — you notice when a workflow breaks. Nice-to-Have • Prior experience in a B2B, legal, finance, or construction-adjacent niche. • Familiarity with CreditorWatch, SOPA, or Australian debt/credit concepts. • Experience with AI video tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, ElevenLabs). • Background in content strategy or editorial calendars. • Experience working with Australian or UK clients.
