About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded BI Operations Analyst (Junior / Growth Track Data Analyst) to support day-to-day business intelligence and revenue operations activities or our Client. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to grow their skills in data analytics, reporting, CRM administration, and business operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, fulfilling custom data requests, supporting reporting needs, managing HubSpot-related activities, and ensuring proper documentation of processes and data assets. This position offers a structured growth path toward more advanced data analytics and business intelligence responsibilities. The role aligns closely with CRM and business operations support functions identified in company operational guides. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain day-to-day HubSpot operations, including data updates, record management, list maintenance, and CRM support. Respond to and fulfill custom data requests from internal stakeholders. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making. Assist in data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities. Create, maintain, and update documentation for processes, reports, dashboards, and data workflows. Support reporting and analytics initiatives by gathering, organizing, and analyzing business data. Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to address data-related needs. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy. Assist with dashboard maintenance and KPI tracking. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, CRM administration, operations support, or a related role. Experience working with HubSpot CRM . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to organize and analyze data with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong documentation and process management skills. Preferred: Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar. Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying. Understanding of business intelligence concepts and KPI reporting. Experience supporting sales, marketing, or revenue operations teams.
