About The Role We are looking for a Senior Developer of AI Agents to design, build, and optimize intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and act autonomously to execute bookkeeping and other tasks. You will work closely with senior management, client and accounting teams to develop AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using a variety of technologies Build workflows involving tool use, memory, planning, and decision-making Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms Optimize prompts, agent behavior, and performance for reliability and scalability Monitor, debug, and continuously improve agent outputs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions Stay up to date with emerging AI frameworks, models, and best practices Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) Experience building AI agents using frameworks such as: LangChain / LangGraph AutoGen / CrewAI / similar Strong experience in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript Familiarity with prompt engineering and agent orchestration Experience working with APIs, JSON, and webhooks Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Nice to Have Experience with multi-agent systems Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and semantic search Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience deploying AI solutions in production Background in automation, chatbots, or workflow systems Portfolio, GitHub repo, or demo showcasing AI agent projects What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects Fully remote work setup Competitive salary and benefits Learning budget for AI tools, courses, and conferences Collaborative and innovation-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Benefits Paid training Pay raise Work from home Experience: Senior Developer: 1 year (Preferred) Python: 1 year (Preferred) JavaScript: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
