Senior Logistics & Transportation Analyst Remote (Work From Home) Night Shift Competitive Salary (Open for Negotiation) About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics & Transportation Analyst to support our international and domestic transportation operations. In this role, you'll coordinate global shipments, manage carrier relationships, analyze freight performance, and help optimize supply chain operations while working with teams across the United States and international markets. If you have extensive experience in logistics, freight operations, transportation, or supply chain management and enjoy solving complex operational challenges, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Coordinate international and domestic freight movements, including ocean exports and cross-border shipments. Monitor shipments from origin to final delivery while ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. Support carrier sourcing, capacity planning, and transportation strategy initiatives. Analyze freight costs, transportation performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Review freight invoices, rates, and transportation data for accuracy. Track KPIs, prepare logistics reports, and monitor carrier performance. Assist in transportation compliance, carrier onboarding, and risk management activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives and logistics system enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, International Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, carrier relations, or international logistics. Experience handling ocean freight, international shipping, domestic transportation, or cross-border logistics is highly preferred. Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry is an advantage. Background in carrier sourcing, freight negotiations, transportation planning, and carrier performance management is preferred. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
