We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Support team member to assist with the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across our events, communities, and brands. This is a varied support role working closely with the Community Marketing Executive and Brand Marketing Executive, helping to coordinate campaigns, content, communications, and general marketing activity across Dubai, the UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously within a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns and activities Assist the Community Marketing Executive and Brand Marketing Executive with general marketing and administrative tasks Help coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience communications Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms Support the creation of marketing copy, graphics, captions, and promotional materials Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and platforms Support website updates and content management using Wix Assist with creating marketing assets using Canva Support event marketing activity, including delegate, speaker, and sponsor communications Assist with audience data management and CRM updates within HubSpot Help coordinate marketing timelines, campaign activity, and internal processes Carry out general day-to-day marketing support tasks as required Skills & Experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using digital marketing and office tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and branding Able to work independently and take initiative Desirable Experience using CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot Familiarity with Canva and Wix Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms Experience supporting events, conferences, or communities Basic design or content creation experience Experience working with UK, UAE, or international audiences JOIN CONNECTOS NOW!
