Role Summary Purpose IPS Buyers Agents is looking for a Marketing & Growth Assistant to help increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and remove marketing administration from the business owner. The role combines social media management, content creation, SEO, lead nurturing, and administrative support. Initially, the assistant will focus on maintaining a consistent online presence while supporting the growth of the finance broking, property management, and buyers agency divisions. As the business expands, the role is expected to grow into a full-time position with greater ownership of marketing operations. Business Context The business has reached a stage where operational growth is creating increased workload for the owner. This hire is intended to improve efficiency, build consistent marketing systems, and create a reliable pipeline of qualified leads while allowing the owner to focus on business growth. The long-term vision includes expanding the team with additional buyer's agents and eventually a General Manager. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Manage Instagram and future social media platforms Schedule and publish content Write engaging captions Monitor comments and direct messages Professionally respond to enquiries Identify and qualify potential leads Escalate qualified prospects to the business owner 2. Content Management Edit short-form video content Repurpose long-form content into social media assets Upload and schedule YouTube videos Maintain a consistent publishing schedule Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice Future Responsibility Following the initial 4–6 weeks, video editing will transition from the current third-party provider to this role. 3. SEO & Online Presence Maintain Google SEO Optimise website and YouTube content for search Research keywords Improve search rankings Support local SEO initiatives Recommend ongoing SEO improvements 4. Lead Nurturing Monitor inbound enquiries Engage professionally with prospective clients Filter genuine opportunities from general enquiries Maintain CRM records as the system is implemented Support follow-up communication The owner specifically requested communication that feels authentic and human rather than automated. 5. Marketing Administration Organise marketing assets Maintain content calendars Assist with campaign coordination Document marketing processes Support ongoing marketing initiatives across all business divisions Technical Skills & Tools Essential Social Media Management Video Editing Canva YouTube Studio Meta Business Suite Instagram Google Workspace AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or equivalent) Basic SEO knowledge Preferred Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Google Business Profile CRM experience WordPress (basic) Email marketing platforms Basic graphic design Experience & Qualifications Ideal candidates will have: Experience managing business social media accounts Strong video editing capability Experience using AI tools to improve productivity while producing natural, human-quality content Knowledge of SEO fundamentals Strong written English Excellent customer communication skills Experience working remotely Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
