What You'll Do Manage end-to-end policy administration for multinational insurance programs Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and premium transactions Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, global servicing teams, and international partners Support clients, brokers, and stakeholders across multiple countries and territories Produce operational reports and drive service excellence initiatives Contribute to process improvements and strategic projects What We're Looking For Graduate of four-year University course in a relevant discipline. At least 3 years of insurance industry experience Strong understanding of P&C insurance operations Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality client support
