The augmented Technical Project Leads will be accountable for the following: Project Planning and Initiation Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for initiatives Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies Execution and Coordination Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Coordinate with technical staff, vendors, and stakeholders to align tasks and resolve issues. Monitor daily progress and adjust plans to meet evolving requirements Monitoring and Reporting Track milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure adherence to project goals Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for Management review. Escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies.o Implement project management methodologies Ensure compliance with organizational standards, IT governance, and security protocols. Conduct post- project evaluations to capture lessons learned Serve as the primary point of contact between Management and technical teams. Facilitate communication to ensure transparency and alignment of expectations Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project adjustments. Technical Project Lead - NOCS (Network Operations Center Section) Monitoring and Reporting Quality Assurance and Compliance Stakeholder Engagement Scope of Work: Lead and manage infrastructure-focused projects such as: Project SafeConnect (FortiClient Secure Remote Access) Project HyperRoute (Managed SD-WAN) Project VSAT (Satellite Office) Project NetMo'To (Enhanced Network Monitoring Tool) Project FlexGrid (LAN and wireless access points, network cable remediation) Enhanced Network Enterprise Infrastructure (Structured Cabling and DR Site Data Centers) Other assigned projects beyond DNAD's Business Plan Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop schedules and resource allocation plans Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders Monitor progress, report status, and escalate risks Ensure compliance with IT governance and conduct post-project evaluations Serve as liaison between management and technical teams Qualifications Graduate of any IT-related course from a reputable school/university Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Leader, preferably in IT infrastructure projects Strong background in project documentation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement Excellent people management and reporting skills Detail-oriented, risk-aware, and results-driven Benefits Company Christmas gift Health insurance Application Question(s): Are you willing to accept a 40k gross salary?
