Key Responsibilities Serve as the editorial gate, ensuring all client-facing content meets quality standards before moving downstream. Knowledge of publishing rules and content conventions for major platforms (Medium, Vocal, Ghost, Hashnode, WordPress, X, LinkedIn). Fluency with AI tools, understanding their failure modes, and ability to rewrite past AI filler or generic phrasing. Strong prompt engineering skills to craft and refine prompts for better first drafts. Ability to provide actionable coaching notes that improve team output. Fast, organized, and reliable under steady content volume, with strong prioritization judgment. Preferred Skills Experience in reputation management, PR, or agency content. Familiarity with storytelling / narrative non-fiction for business audiences. Experience building editorial standards or style guides from scratch. Location & Work Arrangement Remote, full-time.
