US Promo Trainer Location: Philippines | Remote Schedule U.S. Business Hours / Night Shift We are looking for a US Promo Trainer to train and coach team members supporting U.S.-based promotional campaigns, sales activities, and customer engagement programs. Responsibilities Conduct onboarding, product, campaign, and refresher training. Explain promotional offers, sales processes, and customer-handling procedures. Facilitate role-plays, assessments, and practical training activities. Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback. Create and maintain training materials and assessments. Collaborate with Operations and Team Leads to address performance gaps. Maintain training records and provide training reports. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in training, coaching, sales, customer service, or BPO. Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or campaigns is preferred. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strong coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills. Comfortable working U.S. hours / Philippine night shift.
