At TalentPop App, we are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Creative Growth Assistant Training Specialist to onboard, coach, and prepare newly hired agents for success across our client roster. Location: Fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines, South Africa, and Jamaica. What You Will Do Host TalentPop training classes via Zoom, staying on camera for 50–70% of shifts to cover company guidelines, tools, and role-specific outlines. Onboard and train new agents on company policies, software, resources, and core e-commerce skills to prepare them for client assignment. Deliver onboarding week training, conduct evaluations, and determine candidate advancement based on performance and assessment outcomes. Lead 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions on social media management, graphic design, video editing, SEO, email marketing, and content administration. Create training materials, build structured learning plans, and provide ongoing skill-enhancement sessions for existing team members. What We Are Looking For At least 6 months of direct training or onboarding experience. 1–2 years of Virtual Assistant or agency experience, preferably within the e-commerce industry. Hands-on expertise in at least two to three core creative areas (Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content Creation, or Email Marketing). Familiarity with creative and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Snowball, Canva, Loom, and Trainual. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong group facilitation, coaching, and organizational abilities. Tech Requirements Personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM. Reliable internet connection with a minimum 25 Mbps download and upload speed.
