Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable sites for telecom infrastructure (towers, rooftops, etc.) Manage negotiations with property owners, landlords, and local authorities Secure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals required for site development Coordinate with engineering, RF, and construction teams to ensure site readiness Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments Ensure all acquisition activities meet legal, environmental, and company standards Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking of all sites Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field At least 3–5+ years of experience in telecom site acquisition (SAQ) or Right of Way (ROW) Strong knowledge of permitting, right-of-way, and local regulations Experience in dealing with landlords, government units, and vendors Good communication, negotiation, and project management skill. Experience in telecom rollout projects (LTE/5G) Familiarity with RF/site design coordination Benefits Work from home Benefits Work from home Work Location: In person
