Senior FP &A Analyst - Night Shift/Remote We're looking for an FP &A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business decision-making. This role will partner with leadership to deliver financial insights, build forecasting models, analyze business performance, and drive process improvements using AI-powered tools. Key Responsibilities Manage monthly forecasts and support the annual budgeting process Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis Prepare budget-to-actual variance reports with meaningful business insights Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting Support ROI, pricing, hiring, and investment analyses Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and decision support Create ad hoc reports and NetSuite saved searches as needed Improve financial processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions Maintain documentation, SOPs, and reporting standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–4 years of FP &A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience using AI tools to improve financial and analytical workflows Preferred NetSuite experience Manufacturing or SaaS industry experience CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA (or in progress) Experience supporting cross-functional business teams Pay: Php150,000 .00 - Php170,000 .00 per month Work Location: Remote
