Drive Business Transformation and Process Excellence Prince Retail Group is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to join our Business Excellence Solutions and Transformation (BEST) Team. This role will play a key part in identifying business improvement opportunities, leading process optimization initiatives, gathering business requirements, and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis \& Process Improvement Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various departments and stakeholders. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and solution assessments. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. Develop business cases, project scopes, requirements documents, and improvement recommendations. Project Management \& Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and post-launch support. Facilitate alignment meetings with project sponsors, SMEs, and stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management. Documentation \& Change Management Create and maintain business process documentation, work instructions, and procedures. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system rollouts, and end-user training activities. Ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and business solutions. Drive stakeholder buy-in and support organizational change initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related field. At least 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or related roles. Experience in process documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, or similar frameworks is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
