Position: Remote Work | Full-Time Company Overview We are a multidisciplinary interior design award-winning boutique firm looking for a Technical Designer to be a key part of delivering successful projects alongside our Dubai office. We are seeking passionate and hard-working professionals with extensive experience in technical design who are interested in advancing their career. Responsibilities Coordinate and support the Senior Designer / Team Leader in accurately understanding project requirements and translating concepts into design presentations. Assist the team in developing detailed drawings, specification sheets, and all necessary construction documents once the project is awarded. Support the Team Leader to review designs and concepts in line with client specifications and make recommendations for changes where required. Preparation of as-built drawings and operation manual of completed projects. Keep up to date with new design trends and projects together with innovative products and materials through research, sharing information across the Manila and Dubai design teams where appropriate. Comply with Broadway’s drawing and presentation standards. Attends to internal meetings whenever required to provide project updates and align on design directions. Comply and submit to the given timeframe in completing tasks and workloads. Undertake any other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by the Design Director/Design Manager from time to time. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical design, with significant exposure to commercial, hospitality, and residential interior projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven portfolio of technically detailed interior design or architecture projects. Exceptional drawing and detailing skills, with a thorough understanding of construction techniques, materials, and finishes. Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal guidance. Detail-oriented and able to handle fast-paced project demands and tight deadlines. Remote Work Requirements: Must be online in sync with the Manila team and Dubai team, as required. Must have a reliable work-from-home setup. Reliable DSL/Cable connection (Wimax, Canopy, Dongles, etc., are not allowed). A decent headset and webcam for clear communication. Comfortable using MS Teams or Zoom for meetings and collaboration.
