Content Writer: LinkedIn \& Website Content Specialist Number of Hours: Full-time (SG hours) \| Setup: Work from Home POSITION SUMMARY At Digital Disruptors, we're looking for a Content Writer with a specialization in LinkedIn content, website blogs, and conversion-focused copywriting who's creative, detail-oriented, and confident transforming complex ideas into compelling content that informs, engages, and converts. In this role, you'll work closely with our content, SEO, and marketing teams to develop high-quality content across LinkedIn, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital channels. You'll handle everything from topic research and content planning to copywriting, optimization, and performance-driven content improvements, helping ensure our clients build authority, increase visibility, and generate meaningful business results. Key Responsibilities LinkedIn Content \& Thought Leadership Create engaging LinkedIn content that strengthens brand visibility and professional credibility. Develop thought leadership content that positions clients and executives as industry experts. Adapt messaging and tone to suit different industries, audiences, and business objectives. Monitor content trends and recommend new content opportunities to improve engagement. Website Content \& Blog Writing Write long-form and short-form content including website pages, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters. Create informative and engaging content that aligns with client goals and audience needs. Translate complex topics into clear, accessible, and compelling content. Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all content assets. SEO \& Content Optimization Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content development. Collaborate with SEO specialists to align content with search intent and ranking opportunities. Update and optimize existing content to improve visibility, relevance, and performance. Support content strategies designed to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. Copywriting \& Lead Generation Develop persuasive copy for landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, and sales collateral. Write conversion-focused content that supports lead generation and business growth objectives. Craft compelling calls-to-action and messaging that improve engagement and conversions. Support marketing campaigns through strategic content creation across multiple channels. Research, Editing \& Quality Assurance Conduct research on industries, competitors, market trends, and emerging topics. Interview subject matter experts and gather insights for thought leadership content. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality. Ensure all deliverables are original, error-free, and completed on schedule. Collaboration \& Communication Work closely with designers, marketers, SEO specialists, and stakeholders to align content with campaign objectives. Incorporate feedback while maintaining content quality and brand integrity. Contribute ideas and recommendations to strengthen content strategies and performance. Performance Analysis \& Content Improvement Monitor content performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools. Review engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide data-informed recommendations to strengthen content effectiveness and SEO performance. Qualifications \& EXPERIENCE Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WordPress, or similar content management systems. Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO best practices, and keyword research. Experience writing blogs, website content, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and marketing copy. Experience in content writing, copywriting, digital marketing, or related disciplines. Familiarity with SEO and AI tools for KW research and work efficiency. Strong research, editing, and proofreading capabilities. KEY SKILLS Strong storyteller with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
