The Enlightenment Podcast by Hanan Kattan — Remote, Part-Time Position: Podcast Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Remote) Working Hours: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm PHT, Monday to Friday (10 hours/week) Rate: £4.00/hour Reports to: The Directors (weekly progress meeting) Application Deadline: Thursday, 31 July 2026 Start Date: August 2026 About The Role The Enlightenment Podcast is looking for an experienced Podcast Marketing Manager to take ownership of the podcast's marketing, content distribution, and audience growth. You'll edit and publish episodes, create engaging promotional content, manage social media, and develop marketing strategies to grow our audience across major podcast and social platforms. Key Responsibilities Edit podcast video and audio episodes for publication. Create promotional content, including short-form videos, audiograms, thumbnails, graphics, show notes, episode titles, and descriptions. Publish and optimize episodes across major podcast platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Amazon Music, and other directories. Manage the podcast's social media channels, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase listeners, viewers, and subscribers. Monitor analytics, report on performance, and optimize campaigns based on data. Build partnerships, cross-promotions, and other audience growth opportunities. Attend a weekly progress meeting with the Directors. Requirements At least 3 years' experience in podcast marketing, podcast management, or digital content marketing. Proven success growing a podcast, YouTube channel, or similar digital platform, with measurable results. Experience editing podcast video and audio using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, Audacity, or similar. Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Confident using analytics to measure performance and guide marketing decisions. Excellent written and spoken English. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Available to work 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm PHT , Monday to Friday.
