Part-Time | 20 hours per week | 4hrs a day | U.S. business hours About The Role We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to own the testing and optimization engine for marketing campaigns. The offers, funnels, and creative capacity are already in place. Your role is to continuously test, track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion and keep performance moving forward. This is not a funnel-building role. A dedicated funnel builder handles funnel development. You will own what to test next, how to test it, how to read the results, and what to optimize next. You’ll work closely with the Founder and funnel build and operations team. Key Responsibilities Testing & Optimization Continuously test campaign elements, including: Hooks Headlines Email and newsletter copy Ad variations Creative angles Run structured A/B and multivariate tests. Split budgets across variations and track results until a winner emerges. Maintain a consistent testing cadence across active campaigns. Use test results to determine the next optimization opportunity. Meta Ads & Creative Testing Push creative volume on Meta through additional: Creatives Hooks Variations Creative angles Monitor creative performance and identify winning and underperforming variations. Make data-driven decisions about creative rotation and testing. Funnel Optimization Optimize campaigns across: Low-ticket offers Challenges VSLs Webinars Online events Focus on improving conversion throughout the funnel, including: Lead conversion Booked-call rates Event registration Show-up rates Overall campaign performance Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor campaign performance and key metrics daily. Analyze results and identify trends, opportunities, and issues. Make optimization decisions based on data. Track test results and maintain clear documentation. Report daily on performance, testing activity, and key decisions. Communicate clearly so clients and internal stakeholders can see continuous progress. Required Experience & Skills Proven CRO experience with paid media , ideally Meta Ads at meaningful volume. Strong understanding of funnel metrics and testing methodology. Experience with: A/B testing Multivariate testing Statistical interpretation of results Budget allocation Familiarity with info-product and coaching funnels, including: Low-ticket funnels Challenges Webinars VSLs Comfortable owning performance numbers and making decisions independently. Able to maintain a high testing tempo without heavy oversight. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear and proactive communicator. Highly self-directed and organized. Nice to Have Experience with high-ticket coaching or info-product offers. Copywriting ability for hooks, headlines, and email sequences. Experience with online events, webinars, and challenge launches. Tools Experience with some or all of the following: Meta Ads Manager GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar funnel builders A/B and split-testing platforms Google Analytics Tracking pixels and UTM tracking Email and newsletter platforms Google Sheets or reporting dashboards Success Metrics Success in this role means: Campaigns are continuously being tested and improved. There are always meaningful variations in testing. Optimization decisions are based on performance data. Conversion and campaign performance improve over time. Clients can clearly see that their campaigns are actively being worked on. The Founder is freed from hands-on optimization and can confidently trust you to own the testing engine. Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Thinks in tests, numbers, and outcomes. Naturally asks, “What should we test next?” Can look at campaign data and turn it into an action. Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Takes ownership of performance rather than waiting for instructions. Can maintain momentum across multiple campaigns. Communicates proactively and keeps stakeholders informed. Enjoys finding small improvements that compound into meaningful results. Job Offer: ₱37,000 per month during the probationary period. Up to ₱43,000 per month upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, subject to satisfactory performance and positive feedback, plus applicable benefits and bonuses. Up to ₱48,000 per month upon completing 24 months with the Company, subject to continued satisfactory performance, positive feedback, and achievement of agreed-upon scorecard metrics.
