About The Role This role is critical to the successful delivery of client campaigns. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and buying of media campaigns while ensuring media plans, bookings, reporting, and campaign documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Buying Assist in the development and execution of media campaign strategies. Coordinate campaigns from planning through to implementation and reporting. Manage media bookings and supplier relationships across multiple channels. Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Campaign Management Coordinate creative assets, specifications, schedules, and partner communications. Manage campaign go live dates, amendments, and ongoing optimisation requirements. Maintain accurate records within media booking systems. Ensure client media plans, deadlines, and budgets remain current and accurate. Reporting & Insights Assist with post campaign reporting and performance analysis. Support research, audience insights, attribution mapping, and data requests. Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and client outcomes. Skills & Experience Essential Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in media, advertising, marketing, or an agency environment. Strong understanding of campaign coordination and execution. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with booking systems, campaign reporting, and media documentation. Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly accountable. Strong relationship building skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Positive attitude and genuine desire to help clients achieve their objectives. Preferred Experience within a media planning and buying agency. Exposure to both traditional and digital media channels. Understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, and reporting. Experience managing campaign budgets and media schedules. Familiarity with audience research and media planning tools. The Role is Full time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm or as required Benefits Work from home Application Question(s): Do you have an experience within a media planning and buying agency?
