About The Role We're looking for a detail-obsessed, brilliant communicator to join our team as a Marketing Project Coordinator. You'll be the quality gatekeeper between our creative team and our clients, reviewing design and copy, coordinating revisions, managing client approvals, and ensuring every piece of work meets KECG's standard before it goes live. This is a full-time role with a clear growth path into a full Marketing Project Manager position, taking on timeline ownership, client strategy conversations, and reporting/analysis as you grow with us. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming tasks in ClickUp, reviewing design and copy against the original brief and brand standards Coordinate revision requests with designers and copywriters, giving clear and constructive feedback Confirm work is client-ready before it goes out for approval Manage client-facing communication around review and approval (via email/ClickUp) Route approved work to the media team for campaign publishing or final delivery Keep ClickUp task statuses, timelines, and notes accurate and up to date Support with reporting, campaign summaries, and written client communications as the role grows Maintain and follow QA checklists, including brand and compliance guardrails (training provided) About You Excellent written and spoken English, this is the single most important skill for this role Highly detail-oriented; you catch what others miss Comfortable holding a quality standard and sending work back for revisions when it's not right Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks without things falling through the cracks Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus, not a requirement Marketing, advertising, or agency experience is a plus, not a requirement Available to work AEST business hours (9:30am–6:00pm) What We Offer Full-time, stable, long-term role with genuine growth into a Project Manager position Direct mentorship and training from KECG's founder Exposure to real client work across automotive, retail, and healthcare marketing To help support your application, record a short video (60 seconds) and tell us why you want this role.
