Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their travel requirements, creating tailored tour packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role requires someone with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Agent will be expected to achieve individual monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships, competitive pricing, and healthy business profitability. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism is required Proven experience in travel sales and converting inquiries into bookings Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of tour packages, destinations, hotels, and travel services Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand client needs and create suitable travel solutions Ability to work independently and remotely Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets Creativity in crafting unique and personalized tour packages Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus Key Responsibilities Handle incoming travel inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings Communicate with clients through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets Create and present customized tour packages and travel itineraries. Prepare competitive quotations and follow up with potential clients. Negotiate with suppliers when required to secure suitable rates and services Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process Coordinate with Reservations and Product teams to ensure smooth booking execution Ensure all booking and client information is accurate and properly documented Follow up on pending inquiries and maximize conversion opportunities Resolve client concerns and sales-related issues professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the relevant systems and files Work toward achieving individual monthly sales targets Contribute to maintaining healthy trip profitability while delivering competitive offers Build repeat business and long-term client relationships Stay updated on destinations, travel products, and market trends Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
