Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, introduce the company's services, and build relationships that generate new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by connecting with businesses that can benefit from our digital marketing expertise. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach channels. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Present the company's services and communicate their value to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process. Follow up consistently with leads to nurture opportunities and move them through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity and performance targets. Stay informed about digital marketing trends and the company's service offerings. Qualifications Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
