Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize production-grade AI solutions within a modern SaaS environment. This is not a research-focused position. The successful candidate will work on AI features that are deployed into real-world business applications and used by customers daily. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Delivery teams to transform business requirements into scalable, reliable, and secure AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys applying AI to practical business challenges, shipping AI features end-to-end, and working within enterprise-grade environments. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development \& Integration Design, develop, and implement AI-powered features such as: Intelligent automation Predictive insights Recommendations Decision-support tools Build and maintain AI services integrated into SaaS platforms and APIs Work with structured and semi-structured business data to create scalable AI solutions Collaborate with software engineers to ensure secure and reliable deployments Applied AI \& Data Solutions Develop solutions using: Large Language Models (LLMs) Machine Learning models Analytics and data pipelines Apply techniques such as: Prompt engineering Model evaluation Fine-tuning Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Ensure AI outputs are explainable, auditable, and trustworthy Monitor model performance, data quality, and drift Platform Development \& Delivery Contribute to AI architecture and technical design decisions Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements Support releases, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine use cases and measure business impact Compliance \& Governance Design AI solutions that respect data privacy and security requirements Ensure responsible handling of sensitive business and customer data Support internal documentation, governance, and AI best practices Contribute to responsible AI implementation standards Required QualificationsMust-Have Experience 5\+ years of experience in: Software Engineering Data Engineering Applied Artificial Intelligence Proven experience building and deploying production AI systems Strong programming skills, particularly in Python Experience integrating AI solutions into real-world SaaS products Experience working with modern AI platforms and models, including: OpenAI Azure OpenAI Claude Open-source LLMs Similar AI technologies AI \& Technical Competencies Strong understanding of: Machine Learning fundamentals Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt engineering Model evaluation frameworks Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Data grounding techniques Experience with cloud environments such as: AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Understanding of AI deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization Ways of Working Pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders Capable of explaining AI concepts and trade-offs to non-technical audiences Strong ownership, accountability, and initiative Nice-to-Have Experience working in SaaS environments Experience with analytics, reporting, or business intelligence platforms Familiarity with: MLOps Model monitoring AI lifecycle management Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance standards Experience working in regulated industries What Success Looks Like AI-powered features successfully deployed into production environments Reliable, scalable, and monitored AI services Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams Measurable business value delivered through AI initiatives Contribution to long-term AI strategy and platform innovation Compensation \& Logistics Remote work setup Full-time position Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives with real-world business impact Why Join This Opportunity?
