Employment Type: Part-Time Work Setup: Remote / Work From Home Hours: 20 hours per week Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation Package: ₱23,000 Basic Pay: ₱19,000 Meal Allowance: ₱1,500 Perfect Attendance Bonus: ₱2,000 Night Differential: Ten percent (10%), as applicable Benefits Government-mandated benefits and HMO coverage after one (1) year of employment Job Summary We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant to support a growing US-based painting business with lead generation, client outreach, appointment setting, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, confident in communicating with clients, and comfortable working with daily outreach targets. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions Lead Generation & Outreach Conduct daily outreach through calls and emails. Complete approximately 100 outreach touches per day. Re-engage past clients through win-back campaigns. Contact new leads, including homeowners and commercial prospects. Qualify leads and schedule appointments. Follow up with leads and prospects consistently. CRM & Data Management Maintain and organize CRM records. Update and verify customer and lead information. Keep the database clean and accurate. Log outreach activities, follow-ups, and results. Use CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Jobber, or similar tools. Business Development Support Research potential HOA and property management contacts. Support referral and client reactivation campaigns. Track prospects and outreach results. Assist with maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Reporting Provide updates on leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Track outreach activity and campaign results. Maintain accurate records of daily activities. Qualifications Experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or customer outreach. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Jobber, or similar. Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent. Comfortable making calls and sending emails regularly. Able to work with daily activity targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Nice to Have Experience in home services, real estate, or local businesses. Sales or business development experience. Experience with email campaigns and follow-ups. Previous experience working with US-based clients.
