We are looking for an experienced \ HR Consultant\ who can help us strengthen our HR systems, solve HR concerns, and build processes our team can eventually manage independently. What We’re Looking For Straightforward, practical, and clear communicator. Strong, proven hands-on HR experience. Expert in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Proven consultancy track record with strong client feedback. Experienced in HR best practices, process improvement, and problem-solving. Strong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and HR automation. Practical and cost-efficient when recommending solutions. Able to create clear SOPs, workflows, and instructions for our team. Someone who has personally done the work, not just managed people who did it. Key Responsibility You will work with our team—not simply do the work for us. You will guide, teach, and help us implement effective HR systems so our team can eventually execute them independently.
