Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The role focuses on supplier management, processing client disbursements and corporate expenses, and maintaining accurate records across ApprovalMax and Actionstep. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain supplier records in ApprovalMax, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review, process, and manage supplier invoices for client disbursements and corporate expenses via ApprovalMax. Record and upload paid client disbursements into Actionstep with correct allocation and supporting documentation. Process and upload CITEC search transactions into Actionstep. Support accounts payable activities and general bookkeeping administration. Ensure all invoices, disbursements, and financial transactions are processed accurately and within required timeframes. Respond to invoice and account enquiries and liaise with internal staff to resolve issues. Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required. Requirements Proven experience using ApprovalMax (essential). 2 years Australian bookkeeping or accounting experience (essential). Practical experience with Actionstep or similar matter/accounting systems preferred. Technical Requirements: Equipment is self-provided Computer: RAM: 8GB HDDISDD: 512 GB PU/Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newest) Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro Power Backup: Power station, Powerbank, UPS, and etc. Extra Display: Secondary/External Monitor Audio \& Video: Noise-Cancelling Headset \+ Web Cam Internet Speed: 40-50 Mbps minimum bandwidth speed for both Download and Uploads.
