And while we help clients thrive, we also stay deeply committed to helping our remote team members build real, lasting careers that support their lives and their families. • That's Where You Come In • The Role: Customer Service Representative - Scheduler • Imagine being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes in a busy client operations environment. A shift needs rescheduling? You've already found a replacement. A client or team member calls with a last-minute change? You're already on the line handling it. • You don't just fill gaps—you create order, confidence, and reliability. You become the go-to person for scheduling issues, ensuring both clients and staff have a smooth experience. • As a Scheduler CSR, you'll be assigned to a U.S.-based client, working closely with their operations team. You'll manage schedules, communicate updates, and keep both sides informed, supported, and calm even during busy or unexpected situations. • When things are calm, you'll assist with admin tasks, light data entry, or team support, helping keep operations moving efficiently. • What Your Days Might Look Like: • Maintain up-to-date staff schedules or appointment calendars • Respond quickly to cancellations, rescheduling requests, or conflicts • Answer calls or emails from clients and team members using VoIP and chat tools • Update records, logs, or internal tracking systems • Work with the operations team to resolve issues and keep workflow smooth • Generate reports for leadership or client review • Assist with light administrative or support tasks • Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role: • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO roles • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and a problem-solver • Comfortable with software systems and remote communication • Builds strong relationships and becomes a trusted partner for clients and team members • Self-motivated but also a team player • Willing to work in U.S. time zone schedule • Can secure the required technical setup, including: • HD webcam (720p minimum) • Noise-canceling headset • Primary internet ≥ 25 Mbps • Backup laptop, internet device, and power source • Main computer: Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) + 8 GB RAM • Backup computer: Intel Core i3 + 4 GB RAM • Why ClearDesk? • Because we believe work should be meaningful, even from home. • At ClearDesk, you'll work with clients who respect your time and value your skills.
