Job Title: AI Systems Builder / Agentic Automation Developer Category: Technology / AI Automation / Web Development / Marketing Systems Job Description Clayborn Group is looking for a high-output AI Systems Builder who wants a serious challenge. This is not a slow corporate seat. We are building aggressively — internal staff tools, sales systems, marketing engines, SEO pages, AI workflows, and agentic automation loops that improve the company every day. We want candidates who think, build, test, improve, and ship. You will work with tools such as: Claude Code OpenAI Codex local LLMs on Mac Studio cloud LLMs AI agents and autonomous coding loops automation scripts marketing websites and landing pages SEO content systems internal dashboards and staff tools We are looking for someone who already has real AI/agentic experience — not just interest. You should be able to show projects you have built on your own, explain how they work, and prove that you can turn ideas into working systems. This role is for a builder, not a dreamer. What You Will Do Build AI-powered tools for staff operations, sales, marketing, and production Create and improve hundreds of marketing webpages and SEO assets Develop internal automation systems from scratch Use AI coding tools to rapidly prototype, test, and improve software Run agentic coding loops with clear goals and measurable output Find bottlenecks in the company and build tools to remove them Improve existing systems without waiting to be micromanaged Bring creative solutions daily, not yearly What we expect: Strong experience using AI tools for real development work Proof of personal projects, automations, websites, agents, or software systems Ability to work independently with little supervision Fast learning and strong problem-solving ability Daily visible progress High urgency and ownership Comfort working in a demanding, innovative, high-performance environment Willingness to push hard when the mission requires it Clayborn Group is aiming for Tesla/SpaceX-style execution: fast, intense, innovative, and results-driven. We are not looking for average pace, excuses, or people who need constant supervision. We are looking for someone who wants to prove themselves by building useful things that work. Ideal candidate has experience with: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable systems LLM prompting and workflow design automation scripts website development SEO tools or content automation APIs and integrations dashboards, databases, or internal business tools autonomous agents or multi-step AI workflows Application requirement: Applicants must include examples of AI tools, automations, websites, agents, or software projects they have personally built.
