Chief Marketplace Officer
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR / Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle and help us find, attract, and onboard the right talent for the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding Post job openings across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms Source and screen qualified candidates Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records Prepare job offers and assist with pre-employment requirements Support employee onboarding and HR documentation Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple vacancies at once Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels Comfortable working independently and collaborating with different teams
