THE ROLE You lead the appointment-setter team. Setters spend their day on outbound calls: getting past gatekeepers, reaching decision-makers, qualifying, and booking cleaning-quote appointments. Your job is to make every setter on your team great at that, and keep them great. New setters finish a 5-6 day onboarding and then land on your team green. From that point on, you turn them into strong setters, keep strong setters sharp, and hold the standard for everyone. You report to the Sales Manager. WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO 1. Assign and manage the work - Assign leads - Set dial targets - Map the day for each setter 2. Run the morning - Team meeting (dial-target review + PDR practice) - Wins meeting 3. Listen and diagnose - Listen to setter calls (audio, not just transcripts) - Find the one behavior costing appointments - Review every booked appointment for quality and qualification - Build today's coaching list 4. Coach - One-on-one, behavior by behavior - Have the setter demonstrate the fix back to you 5. Hold the standard - Verify the work - Run weekly 1:1s - Run the write-up ladder when a setter will not do the job after coaching and training 6. Create the culture - Set the energy in the room - Recognize the right behaviors out loud and on time WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE - Start with Wins and the morning team meeting - First real work block: listen to calls and review yesterday's booked appointments - Build a short coaching list (3-5 setters, one specific behavior each) - Coach those setters one by one - Spot-check, follow up, and keep the pipeline moving - Some early mornings and late nights when volume is high (you listen to appointments to make sure they are qualified) This is a high-accountability role. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Setters hit dial targets and book qualified appointments - Booked appointments meet the qualification standard (including the $500 floor and DQ rules) - Green setters get better fast - Strong setters stay sharp - Problems get coached early, not ignored - The room has energy, clear standards, and no drift WHO THIS IS FOR - Someone who has already seen this job from the other side (as a setter) and is ready to flip it - Someone who can coach, not just do the work themselves - Someone who can hold a standard with care and firmness - Someone who wants ownership of a team's results, not only their own numbers Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php62,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
